• Records of access: 3 months (Article 15(2) of The Act on the Protection of Communications Secrets and Article 41 of the Enforcement Decree)

Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:

Destruction Procedure
• The information entered by the user for user registration, etc. is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period of time (see Retention and Use Period) in accordance with internal policy and other related laws and regulations, and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained, unless otherwise required by law.

In the case of a child under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to view or correct the child's personal information and the right to withdraw consent to the collection and use. In this case, a power of attorney in the form of Enforcement Rule No. 11 of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
